1 Introduction

Welcome to crikiya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and crikiya ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the crikiya platform at crikiya.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Crikiya is an online gaming and earning platform designed for players in Bangladesh. We offer a range of games including slots, fishing games, live dealer tables, and cricket betting. All games on crikiya are operated using certified random number generators with published return-to-player rates.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on crikiya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Crikiya reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Crikiya does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to check whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under a guardianship or legal restriction, you may not use crikiya.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from crikiya or any affiliated platform. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure and cannot be reversed by re-registering.
• One account only: You must not already hold an active or suspended crikiya account. Each person is permitted one account only.

3 Account Registration

When you register on crikiya, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your crikiya account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. Crikiya will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Password security: Use a strong, unique password for your crikiya account. Enable two-factor authentication for additional protection.
• Account sharing: You must not allow any other person to access or use your crikiya account. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Updating information: If any of your registration details change, you must update them promptly by contacting our support team.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact crikiya support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Crikiya supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Crikiya does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your crikiya balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on crikiya is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal timing: Verified accounts receive withdrawals within ten minutes. Unverified accounts may experience delays while KYC is completed.
• Own accounts only: You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily withdrawal limits apply. Contact support for details on your specific account limits.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Crikiya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free credit offers carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated before you claim it.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports betting may contribute less. Check the specific offer terms for contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your crikiya account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Referral bonuses: Referral rewards are credited once the referred player has made their first qualifying deposit and met the minimum activity requirement. Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Cashback offers: Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the qualifying period and credited as bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games on crikiya are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply to all games on the platform.

• Certified RNG: All crikiya games use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• Published RTP: Return-to-player rates for all games are published and available to players. Crikiya does not adjust RTP rates after publication.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and your stake returned. Crikiya is not liable for any winnings that would have resulted from a round affected by a technical error.
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's rules. Crikiya is not responsible for losses resulting from disconnection caused by your internet connection or device.
• Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within each game before you place a bet.
• Game availability: Crikiya reserves the right to remove, modify, or temporarily suspend any game at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crikiya. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may result in legal action.

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud crikiya or other players, including through chargebacks, false payment claims, or identity fraud.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one crikiya account for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent a suspension.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not available to regular players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games or tournaments.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using crikiya to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. Crikiya reports suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to crikiya by anyone under the age of 18.

8 Responsible Gaming

Crikiya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your crikiya account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time limits: You can set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Crikiya can send you periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during your session.

9 Privacy & Data

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the crikiya platform — including but not limited to the crikiya logo, game graphics, software, text, and design — is the intellectual property of crikiya or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any crikiya content without our express written permission.

The crikiya name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the crikiya brand in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikiya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• Service availability: Crikiya does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.
• Third-party services: Crikiya is not responsible for the performance of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device manufacturers. Issues with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are outside our control.
• Indirect losses: Crikiya is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
• Force majeure: Crikiya is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

12 Account Termination

Either you or crikiya may terminate your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact our support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding investigations are pending.

Crikiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or other serious breaches, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

13 Changes to Terms

Crikiya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of crikiya after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
